Lee H. Roberts was born on September 25, 1946 in the City of Philadelphia. He attended the prestigious Central High School. He then went to the main campus of Penn State University in State College, Pennsylvania and graduated in the Honors Program in Accounting in 1968. He is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh Law School in 1971. He served in the U.S. Army as a Lieutenant and in the U.S. Army Reserves as a Captain. He commenced his practice of law with the firm of Gross & Sklar in Philadelphia specializing in plaintiff's civil litigation. He then moved to Lock Haven, Pennsylvania and joined the firm of Saxton & Brown. Mr. Brown became the sole judge of the county and the firm was renamed Saxton, McKnight & Roberts. In 1975, he formed his own practice and continued as a sole practitioner for eleven years until Frank Miceli joined the firm in 1985. The concentration of his current practice is in civil litigation representing injured parties in automobiles, product liability and premises injuries. He also handles complex business litigation, real estate litigation and related matters of civil litigation. Mr. Roberts is a member of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyer's Association and the American Trial Lawyer's Association. He practices in the statewide court system including but not limited to trying cases in Philadelphia, Harrisburg, and Pittsburgh as well as the federal court system.
