John P. Boileau was born on June 5, 1966 in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. He graduated from Pennsbury High School in Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania in 1984. He then attended Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennsylvania, graduating with high honors in 1988, while having majored in Psychology and having minored in Business Administration. While at Muhlenberg College, he was admitted to the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society, which recognized his high attainments in liberal scholorship. He was a member of the Psi Chi Honor fraternity and the Omicron Delta Kappa Leadership fraternity. He received his legal education at Temple University School of Law and graduated with honors in 1992. While in law school, he interned with the Honorable Garrett E. Brown, United States District Judge for the District of New Jersey. He joined the firm in 1992. The concentration of his current practice is domestic relations; however, he also handles other matters, including real estate, criminal, workers compensation, personal injury, social security, estates and municipal work. He served as Treasurer of the Clinton County Bar Association from 1992 to 1994 and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Clinton County Chapter of the American Red Cross and Susquehanna Legal Services. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the County United Way and Lock Haven's American Youth Soccer Association. He is Vice President of the Lock Haven Rotary Club.
